From interactive classroom sessions to hands-on fieldwork in rural and urban health centers, our students are trained to address real-world public health challenges. With a focus on experiential learning, our programs are designed to empower students to address critical health challenges like non-communicable diseases, infectious outbreaks, and environmental health concerns. Faculty members, who are both seasoned educators and active public health practitioners, guide students to become health leaders who think globally and act locally. Facilities Available

The Department of Anaesthesiology at Government Medical College, Omandurar, is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide exceptional care and support for patients. Our modern operation theatres feature advanced anaesthesia workstations, sophisticated monitoring systems, and modular designs to ensure precision and safety during procedures. We also have a fully equipped Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with ventilator support and advanced life-saving technologies to manage critically ill patients.
